Our 8 week Bootcamp is designed for everyone and is tailored to accommodate all fitness levels and experience!
Bootcamp is ideal for anyone beginning their fitness journey, offering the foundation to build lasting routines and achieve incredible results, mentally and physically.
It's also a perfect programme for those with more experience, as we challenge everybody to push beyond their own limits and break through any plateaus.
Training solo isn't for everyone, being a part of a group of like-minded people could be the key to unlocking your potential and reaching your goals.
If you've never worked with a coach before, this experience will give you a good idea of how important it is to have somebody monitoring your progress and prevent you from falling off track.
With a focus on progression, no matter where you start off, it's designed to meet everyone where they are and take them to the next level.
It doesn't have to be a chore and it certainly doesn't have to be boring, we're all about having a good time, bringing people together and making life fun
Oh, and not to mention, going out for a drink (or a few) at the end of the 8 weeks to celebrate!
